Paid Advertising
Another popular way to advertise. Sometimes you get better results with paid advertising, but not always.
Advertise as best you can within your budget and always test ads before you go wild on a huge paid campaign.(Please note: Since most paid advertising services include affiliate programs, there are referral links below. I am not listing any of these specifically to get you to sign up for them. It is just to give you an idea what is available etc. But since I have my affiliate link anyway, I figure that is what I should use. Right? ;-)
Pay Per Click Advertising:
Pay per click at google (AdWords) is a way to advertise on the world's best known search engine... you pay per click and you bid on what to pay per click. The less you pay per click, the less exposure (maybe). It depends on your keywords etc. For example, if some searches google for Catfood and you have a pay per click set up to sell cat food from your SuperCatFood website, on the side or top of the search results, you ad will show up. If they click on it, you get targeted traffic,but you must pay for each click made. There is a huge business online selling ebooks about how to make money using google adsense and adwords in combination, but before you buy anything about google adsense, do a search and see if you can't get teh same info for free...In any case, Google AdWords is probably the most popular paid advertising method because of the scope of possible audiences and the targeted traffic it creates.
ClixSense is a site where people are paid (usually a penny) to view ads. You offer to pay them to see YOUR ad. It isn't very expensive and if you target the audience correctly, your paid credits won't disappear in 10 seconds from Asia viewers. I learned this the hard way! If you do place an ad here, and I have had a few signups to The Berry Tree from advertising here, make sure to target your viewers as tightly as you can and stick to North American and Australian viewers for more serious ad readers.Revenue Magic is a new way to advertise that pays you as well. You are buying advertising packages, different types of ads, depending on the package. The twist is, that they pay you back with interest for the purchase.How it works:

The Online Ad Network (TOAN) is a monthly subscription advertising system. It is about $20 a month and you have UNLIMITED text ad advertising. It also is a forced matrix so you might make money back if someone falls below you (or if you recruited for it... now that this page has taught you EYAWTKA advertising on line, right? :-)
I have gotten clicks on my ads, but honestly am not sure if I have had sales on any of them. There is full tracking in the back office, but it doesn't track sales, just clicks. But it is a great way to test ads too. Since you have unlimited ads, you can try all kinds of headlines and context to see which produces more results. The program is owned by Brian Rooney, who also owns TrafficWave autoresponders, which is an affiliate program as well. You can try it free for 5 days for only .25 cents too.
Cash Development is also a subscription advertising system. It costs liek $2 every 2 weeks. You can also earn commissions there, but they have a wide variety of advertising services including url rotators and url forwarders as well as banner, text and mail ads.Paid Email Advertising:
If you don't yet have your own list built, simply Rent a List! - These are companies that will provide you with a list to mail out to.
Take Back The Internet - Free to sign up and you get $10 free. The idea is that you read email ads and earn points, then you get a share of the company's profits based on how many points you earned. But they have great advertising deals and you can send your email advertisement out to thousands of members for a reasonable rate. Very effective too. I haev made a lot of sales and contacts advertising through them.
The banner below is for HTMAIL.com, a UK based email advertising service. Not only can you pay to send yoru emails to targeted members, but you get paid to read emails from other members as well. I ma new to this company and have NOT yet done any advertising with them so they are here for reference as a company I am keeping my eye on.

Live Online Presentations:
WinOffice is an amazing concept and one that, if you have the time and ambition, can be used towards extraordinary success for any venture. What WinOffice does is allow you to give a group of people a live presentation of your business opportunity. You can use a webcam (or not) a microphone and a powerpoint presentation or many other forms of presentations that allow you to present your opp in person to a group of people. You are there creating relationship, you can answer any questions immediately, you can ask the people in the group what they are looking for in an opp and then explain how your opp offers them that, etc etc. Below is info from my sponsor, who give presentations all the time and is growing her Berry Tree/Nutronix business like crazy doing this. It is a GREAT tool but one must have the time and the confidence to use it.
You can join for free and then sit in on presentations to see how they are done. And you can make money by watching presentations, as well as learn how to do them... not to mention perhaps finding an opportunity that really suits you from a knowledgeable person and obviously active sponsor.
15% of WIN profits of each month are put in the WINNER's Pool which is split into the amount of Saturdays in the month. Everyone going to the presentations during the week can enter the drawing at the end of the presentation which is done each Saturday. Currently the highest amount you can win is $100 and the lowest $10. The sponsor of the winner wins the same as
their referral has won. If you have a lot of downline members attending presentations, you can win more than once in a week if 2 or 3 of them win. You need to attend at least one presentation that week yourself to win as a matching sponsor or win yourself.

Silver receives 50% matching bonus on all direct referrals earn in the matrix, 4% of membership fees, and 15% of direct sales of ad packs and 40 clicks each month for $49.95 per month.

All members, free or upgraded can do presentations at WIN. You do need to have clicks available for visitors to your site. If you are a free member or Ad Associate, you will need to purchase clicks from the WIN Store or from members that have them listed for sale in the Winclicks Dashboard.
If you want to do presentations, you can create them yourself or have them created for you. You only need to schedule presentations in the weekly schedule and members will come as by attending the presentations, they can be entered in the Winner's Pool for the weekly drawing. You can also invite all your WIN downline to come attend your presentation.
Once you have become comfortable doing your presentation, you can ask to have it recorded so it is available On Demand for other to listen to it when it is convenient for them.
Paid Leads and Paid Sign-ups:
This is probably the least effective method, but it can make you feel good to see a ton of sign ups in your back office! They are available only for free to sign up opportunities and these people are paid to sign up there. Given they are doing the work to sign up for about a penny, they are very unlikely to actually join anything as a paid member. You may get lucky though. Don't spend a fortune on these, but it is "fun" to do it at least once just to see what it looks like to have a full downline in your back office. The service this links to simply happens to be one I signed up for at some point in time. There are MANY services out there that do the same thing.
